FPS-3 is one of Monro float switch, which is a device used to detect the level of liquid within a tank. This dual purpose 3 wire float switch can be used for both emptying or filling operations. It may be used to control a pump, as an indicator, an alarm, or to control other devices. This type of float switch that raises a rod to actuate a micro-switch.

Connect the control's brown line to electric pump,the black line is connected to the zero-line,the blue line can not be connected and should be insulated.
Fill-water and drainage auto-switch mode
